Responsibilities & Context:
What you will do
Counsel students and families, assess academic profiles, and recommend courses and institutions that fit their goals.
Manage applications, offers and enrolment; prepare and review SOP, GS or GTE, financial and visa documents.
Coordinate with universities and partners, track deadlines and records, and keep applicants informed.
Support recruitment through campaigns, social content, enquiry follow up and helpful student service.
Adapt to changing workloads, work with the team and capable of using ticketing software (Amedius and Sabre).
What we are looking for
A bachelor’s degree and at least five years of experience in international education consultancy, with practical knowledge of Australia, New Zealand and Europe admissions and student visa processes.
Strong written and spoken English, counselling and presentation skills. IELTS Band 7.0 or above is preferred.
Confident use of Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and CRM or student management tools, with above average typing speed and strong accuracy.
Working knowledge of Photoshop, Canva, Wondershare Filmora and Meta Business Suite for content, campaigns and lead management.
Organised digital filing, careful case tracking and responsible use of AI tools for research, documentation and productivity.
