Responsibilities & Context:
Key responsibilities
Calculate fares, plan itineraries, and manage domestic and international reservations using Amadeus and Sabre.
Issue and reissue tickets, handle refund requests, and explain applicable fare rules.
Respond to travel enquiries, resolve booking issues, and coordinate with airlines and partners.
Keep booking records accurate and customers informed.
When needed, support the Education team with student profile checks, document organisation, and visa application administration under the relevant specialists.
What we’re looking for
Strong working knowledge of Amadeus and Sabre, including ticketing and reservation tasks.
Clear English communication and a helpful approach to customer service.
Ability to stay organised and work calmly under pressure in a 24/7 service environment.
Working knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, CRM, Photoshop, Canva, Wondershare, and Meta Business tools.
Willingness to learn and support the team as responsibilities change.
