• Strong technical knowledge of garment washing processes and wash effects.

• Good understanding of wash recipes, shade matching, and quality inspection.

• Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to communicate effectively with external washing vendors.

• Willingness to travel to outsourcing washing units as required.

• Must be proactive, responsible, and quality-conscious.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet shipment deadlines.

• Must be capable of independently following up on outsourced washing production.

• Coordinate with outsourced washing factories to ensure production quality and timely delivery.

• Monitor garment washing processes at external washing units according to approved samples and buyer requirements.

• Follow up on wash recipe execution, shade matching, hand feel, and overall garment appearance.

• Ensure proper implementation of approved washing techniques, including enzyme wash, stone wash, bleach wash, tinting, and other special wash effects.

• Conduct regular visits to outsourcing units to monitor production progress and identify technical issues.

• Check washing quality during sample development and bulk production.

• Identify washing defects and coordinate with vendors to implement corrective actions.

• Verify washing recipes, chemical usage, temperature, pH, and processing time as required.

• Coordinate with Merchandising, Quality, Production, and the Washing In-charge to resolve washing-related issues.

• Follow up on rewash, rejection, shade variation, and other quality concerns to minimize losses.

• Maintain records of outsourced washing orders, production status, quality performance, and delivery schedules.

• Ensure outsourced washing activities meet buyer specifications, company quality standards, and applicable safety requirements.

• Salary: Negotiable (Based on Experience)
