Garment Manufacturing Factory

A reputed garment manufacturing factory is looking for an experienced and dynamic Operations Head to lead overall factory operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead overall factory operations and production activities.

• Achieve production, quality and on-time shipment targets.

• Improve productivity, efficiency and capacity utilization.

• Control production costs, manpower, overtime, wastage and rework.

• Coordinate Production, PPC, IE, QA, Cutting, Finishing, Maintenance and Stores.

• Ensure effective manpower and machine utilization.

• Drive Lean, 5S, Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Ensure compliance with buyer standards, safety and statutory requirements.

• Monitor factory KPIs and implement corrective actions.

• Work closely with senior management to improve operational efficiency and profitability.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree; preferably in Textile, Garment, Industrial Engineering, Business or a related field.

• 12–15+ years’ experience in garment manufacturing, with significant experience in a senior operations/production management role.

• Strong knowledge of garment production, IE, costing, quality, PPC and factory management.

• Proven leadership and team-management skills.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
