Creative Consultancy is looking for an enthusiastic and career-focused Junior Counselor Trainee to join our student counseling and admission team. This is an entry-level position designed for candidates who want to build a career in the study abroad and international education sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with prospective students and understand their study abroad plans and academic goals.

• Provide basic information about universities, courses, admission requirements, tuition fees, scholarships, and available study destinations.

• Counsel students through phone calls, WhatsApp, social media inquiries, and face-to-face meetings.

• Follow up with prospective students regularly and maintain proper communication records.

• Assist students in selecting suitable universities and programs under the guidance of senior counselors.

• Support students with university applications, admission documents, offer letters, and related procedures.

• Collect, check, organize, and maintain students’ academic and personal documents.

• Update student information and application progress in the company’s system.

• Coordinate with senior counselors, admission officers, and other team members.

• Participate in training sessions to develop knowledge of international education, admissions, and student counseling.

• Maintain professional behavior and provide accurate information to students.

• Perform other counseling and admission-related duties assigned by management.
