Neuron Educare is looking for a results-driven Lead Campaign Manager who can run Facebook/Instagram campaigns, generate high-quality student leads, distribute leads to counsellors, and continuously improve lead quality and conversions. The role includes coordinating with counsellors and the designer to produce accurate, attractive and conversion-focused posts and videos, and ensuring strong quality assurance (QA) before publishing.

Key Responsibilities

* Plan, boost and optimize Meta (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns to generate leads (awareness → leads → retargeting).

* Collect leads, verify basic authenticity, and distribute leads to counsellors quickly with proper tracking.

* Coordinate with counsellors to gather program/product knowledge, entry requirements, offers and intake updates.

* Brief the designer with clear creative direction (hooks, key messages, CTA, format) for posts and ads.

* Ask counsellors to record short videos (reels) and ensure designer edits them properly (captions, trims, branding).

* Perform QA on all posts, designs and videos (spelling, accuracy, compliance, branding, CTA) before publishing.

* Ensure lead quality: focus on prospective, genuine and convertible student leads; reduce junk/fake leads.

* Collaborate with counsellors weekly on lead quality feedback and improve targeting, creatives and qualifying questions.

* Maintain weekly reporting of performance: CPL, CTR, CPM, lead quality score, conversion progress and next-week plan.

* Strong understanding of lead funnels, audience targeting, retargeting and creative testing.

* Ability to track, analyze and report performance using Excel/Google Sheets (CRM knowledge is a plus).
