Responsibilities & Context:

Job Responsibilities – UK, China, Korea, Malaysia & Europe Student Counsellors

• Counsel students on study opportunities in the UK, China and European countries, based on their academic background and career goals.

• Advise students on university and course selection, entry requirements, tuition fees and available scholarships.

• Handle the complete student application process, including document collection, application submission and offer follow-up.

• Guide students through visa requirements and documentation and coordinate with the relevant visa/application teams.

• Maintain regular communication with students and parents through phone, email, WhatsApp and face-to-face counselling.

• Follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into successful applications while maintaining high-quality student service.

• Maintain accurate student records, application status and follow-up activities in CRM systems.

• Communicate and build relationships with universities, education partners and international representatives.

• Organize and participate in education fairs, seminars, university visits and student webinars.

• Keep updated on UK, China and European university admission requirements, intakes, scholarships and visa policies.

• Coordinate with the marketing and admissions teams for student lead generation and application processing.

• Track applications from initial counselling through admission, offer acceptance and pre-departure preparation.

• Support students with pre-departure guidance, including accommodation, travel planning and university onboarding where applicable.

• Achieve assigned monthly student recruitment and application targets while following ethical counselling practices.
