Senior Student Counsellor
China, Malaysia & South Korea

BHE Uni is looking for a smart, target-driven, and experienced Senior Student Counsellor to guide prospective students through the complete admission journey for China, Malaysia, and South Korea.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, proven counselling experience, and a genuine passion for helping students achieve their international education goals.

Job Responsibilities

• Counsel students regarding study opportunities in China, Malaysia, and South Korea.

• Provide accurate guidance on universities, courses, tuition fees, scholarships, admission requirements, and visa processes.

• Handle student enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, social media, and in-person consultations.

• Assist students with university selection, application submission, document preparation, and follow-up.

• Guide students throughout the offer letter, tuition fee payment, visa application, and pre-departure process.

• Maintain regular communication with university representatives and partner institutions.

• Follow up with potential students and maintain strong relationships with applicants and guardians.

• Meet monthly student recruitment, admission, and conversion targets.

• Keep proper records of leads, applications, follow-ups, offer letters, visas, and enrolled students.

• Work closely with the marketing team to convert generated leads into successful admissions.

• Represent the company at education fairs, seminars, webinars, school visits, and promotional events.

• Stay updated on admission policies, scholarship opportunities, visa requirements, and university deadlines.

• Provide excellent after-sales support to students until successful enrollment.

Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in student counselling or education consultancy.

• Experience with China, Malaysia, or South Korea admissions will be preferred.

• Strong communication, counselling, and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and achieve monthly targets.

• Good knowledge of student visa processes and international admission procedures.

• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, CRM tools, and online communication platforms.

• Positive attitude, professional behavior, and strong teamwork skills.
