Job Context
A leading engineering-sector manufacturing company in Bangladesh is undertaking a comprehensive feasibility assessment to modernize its production and factory operations through AI-enabled quality inspection and equipment monitoring.
The company invites applications from experienced operations professionals to lead the assessment of production quality, defect patterns, and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) improvement opportunities across its manufacturing floor.
Job Responsibilities
• Assess current production and inspection processes across assembly stations and identify OEE improvement opportunities
• Evaluate the frequency, location, and root causes of product defects and rework across production lines
• Review existing manual inspection practices and recommend automation and process-control improvements
• Map end-to-end production and inspection workflows, from parts receipt through final approval
• Advise on integrating AI-enabled quality inspection into existing production and quality-control systems
• Prepare a feasibility report with findings and recommendations for senior management and the Board
