Experience:
Excellent communication skills in Bangla and English.
Good knowledge of South Korea student admission and visa documentation.
Good computer skills, including MS Office, Email, WhatsApp and Messenger.
Strong communication, counselling, follow-up and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve monthly targets.
Ability to maintain good relationships with students, parents and agents.
Experience in education counselling, overseas admission or visa processing will be preferred.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Counsel prospective students and parents regarding study opportunities in South Korea, including universities, programs, admission requirements, tuition fees, scholarships and intakes.
Assess students’ academic background, language proficiency, financial capacity and career goals to recommend suitable universities and programs in South Korea.
Handle student inquiries through phone calls, Messenger, WhatsApp, email and other communication platforms, providing accurate and professional information.
Guide students through the complete admission and documentation process, including application forms, academic documents, financial documents and other required paperwork.
Review and verify students’ documents to ensure accuracy, completeness and compliance with university and visa requirements.
Assist students in preparing and organizing visa application documents and provide proper guidance throughout the visa processing stage.
Maintain regular follow-ups with students and guardians regarding admission, documentation, visa processing and other necessary updates.
Maintain accurate student profiles, application status and follow-up records in the company’s CRM/online system.
Coordinate effectively with the South Korea office, universities, agents and relevant internal departments to ensure smooth admission and visa processing.
Stay updated on South Korean university admission requirements, intakes, deadlines, scholarship opportunities and student visa policies.
Follow up with prospective students and leads through telemarketing and online communication to achieve monthly admission/enrollment targets, while maintaining strong professional relationships with students, parents and agents.
Participate in seminars, education fairs, counselling sessions, Facebook Live, video shoots and other promotional activities organized by the company, while maintaining strict confidentiality of students’ personal and academic information.
