1. Digital and Social Media Marketing Content 

• Creating Engaging Social Media Graphics: Designing posts, stories, and carousels for Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram that highlight visa success stories, new visa rules, and service offers.

• Video Editing and Motion Graphics: Creating short reels or promo videos featuring immigration experts, success stories, and educational content on visa processes.

• Website and Newsletter Design: Developing website banners, homepage visuals, and email newsletter layouts to encourage client inquiries. 

2. Branding and Promotional Materials

• Maintaining Brand Identity: Ensuring all marketing materials, both physical and digital, align with the company's brand identity and look, fonts, and color guidelines.

• Print Design for Marketing: Designing brochures, flyers, pamphlets, posters, and business cards for in-store branding or offline marketing events.

• Event Promotion Materials: Developing posters or certificates for seminars, visa webinars, or special immigration events. 

3. Infographics and Information Design

• Simplifying Complex Information: Translating complicated visa requirements, eligibility criteria, and immigration procedures into easy-to-understand infographics.

• Data Visualization: Designing reports, fact sheets, and process checklists that guide clients through the visa application process. 

4. Collaboration and Administration

• Collaborating with Marketing Teams: Working with content writers and marketing specialists to conceptualize and execute visual stories for marketing campaigns.

• Document Formatting: Occasionally designing or formatting high-resolution documents or presentations for embassy submissions.

• Meeting Deadlines: Handling multiple projects simultaneously to ensure marketing outputs are delivered on time.
