RESPONSIBILITIES

• Counsel students who are interested in studying abroad

• Provide accurate information about universities, programs, tuition fees, scholarships, and admission requirements

• Guide students throughout the admission and application process

• Provide basic guidance regarding student visa procedures

• Communicate professionally with students and guardians

• Follow up with prospective and existing students regularly

• Maintain and update student records and application status

• Coordinate with the Admission and Documentation Teams

• Prepare student information, reports, and required documents

• Meet assigned tasks and deadlines

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Study Abroad Consultancy / Student Counseling

• Good knowledge of international university admission processes

• Strong communication and counseling skills

• Good command of English and Bangla

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

• Good knowledge of Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Drive, and Email

• Strong computer and internet skills

• Good follow-up and client-handling skills

• Ability to manage student information and records accurately

• Professional, responsible, punctual, and well-organized

• Ability to work effectively in a team

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
