Responsibilities & Context:
  • Collaborate with researchers and cross-functional teams to design, plan, and execute research projects, surveys, and studies.
  • Develop and integrate digital/electronic data collection tools, techniques, and methodologies to improve data accuracy and efficiency.
  • Organize and facilitate training programs for enumerators and field teams to ensure proper understanding of research tools and protocols.
  • Prepare and share regular data quality reports with supervisors and the Research Officer during ongoing surveys.
  • Supervise and monitor survey teams to ensure timely execution and uphold data quality standards.
  • Participate in networking activities to build relationships with prospective Principal Investigators, institutional heads, and external partners.
  • Prepare research reports, summaries, and presentations for internal and external audiences.
  • Assist in drafting research proposals, budgets, and contractual documents as required.
  • Equip staff with necessary technical and interpersonal skills to strengthen the organization’s presence and research performance.
  • Lead and participate in outreach, campaigns, and networking activities to promote research visibility and collaboration.
  • Analyze quantitative and qualitative data, and prepare comprehensive analytical reports.
  • Stay updated with industry developments, research methodologies, and best practices; recommend innovative approaches for future projects.
