• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, charts, formulas)

• Experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and database querying (SQL preferred)

• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking ability

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• High attention to detail and data accuracy

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Data Analyst to join our team and support our business operations with data-driven insights. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing sales data to generate actionable insights that support business growth and strategic decisions. This role is crucial in helping us understand performance trends, evaluate key business metrics and support decision-making through clear and accurate reporting.

Responsibility:

• Collect, organize and analyze large sets of structured sales and market data

• Design and generate daily, weekly and monthly sales and performance reports

• Identify patterns and trends in sales data and present insights to senior management

• Develop dashboards and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel) to track KPIs

• Assist departments in performance tracking, forecasting and planning

• Collaborate with sales, marketing and supply chain teams to align data use and ensure accurate reporting

• Ensure the accuracy, integrity and security of all datasets used in analysis

• Continuously seek ways to improve reporting efficiency and automate routine data tasks
