Responsibilities & Context:
Provide in-depth counseling and guidance to prospective students and their families regarding academic programs, admission criteria, scholarships, and other university-related matters.
Achieve monthly student enrollment targets set by the company.
Maintaining regular communication with the assigned clients (Online/Offline).
Provide physical and online counselling to address queries from students and guardians.
Work in a team to ensure the best client service.
Must have a very pleasant personality with excellent communication skills.
Must be punctual, patient, honest, and loyal to the work.
