Key Responsibilities

Selected candidates will:

● Select a research topic jointly with HoneyBee and their university supervisor

● Prepare a proper research proposal and thesis plan

● Conduct literature review and identify research gaps

● Study real business workflows and digital transformation cases

● Conduct interviews, surveys, document reviews, or system analysis where applicable

● Analyze findings using suitable academic frameworks

● Prepare a high-quality thesis, report, article, or publication-ready paper

● Present research findings to HoneyBee management

● Maintain strict confidentiality of company and client information
