About the Role

HoneyBee IoT Ltd. is building a large-scale ERP & IoT ecosystem used by real businesses.

We are looking for a disciplined and curious PHP developer who is currently working with Laravel and wants to grow into Symfony and enterprise-grade systems.

You do not need prior Symfony experience.

You must be willing to learn, read existing code, and follow structured practices.

Responsibilities

• Fix bugs and improve existing features

• Develop CRUD modules, reports, and dashboards

• Work with REST APIs and backend integrations

• Support ERP modules (Accounts, HR, Inventory, Projects, IoT data)

• Gradually learn advanced Symfony concepts under guidance.


Requirements (Must Have)

• 1–3 years of experience with PHP

• Practical experience with Laravel or similar MVC frameworks

• Understanding of MVC architecture, REST APIs, and MySQL

• Basic knowledge of Git

• Willingness to work with an existing, structured codebase

• Positive learning mindset.

Good to Have (Optional)

• Any experience with Symfony

• Doctrine ORM

• JavaScript / jQuery

• SaaS or ERP-related projects

• Linux / server basics

This Role Is NOT Suitable If

• You want to rewrite systems instead of improving them

• You avoid large or complex codebases

• You are only looking for short-term or freelance work
