What You Will Sell
Cloud ERP system including:
* Accounts & Finance
* HR & Payroll
* Procurement & Inventory
* Project Profit Tracking
Target clients:
SME companies across Bangladesh.

Income Structure
Fixed Salary: BDT 35,000 – 50,000
PLUS
* 8%–12% commission on first-year ERP subscription
* 2%–3% recurring commission on renewals
* Monthly target bonus
* Quarterly performance bonus
Example:
Close 3 ERP clients worth BDT 3 lakh each:
Revenue = 9 lakh
Commission @10% = 90,000

Total earning can exceed BDT 1,30,000 in a good month.
No upper cap for top performers.
