Skills Required:
Additional Requirements:

Experience in ISP/Core Network operations.
Strong knowledge of Cisco, Juniper, Huawei, and Mirotic platforms.
Hands-on experience with BGP, OSPF, PBR, VXLAN, GPON, Firewall, and Anti-DDoS solutions.
Experience with Core, POP, DC/DR network design, implementation, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
Responsibilities & Context:
Maintain supporting infrastructure servers and collaborate with the System Administration team on troubleshooting and system enhancement initiatives.
Ability to prepare and maintain comprehensive Network Documentation (Network Book), including logical configurations, IP plans, VLANs, routing, interface mapping, topology diagrams, and standard operating procedures.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
Experience coordinating with vendors, IIGs, and internal teams.
Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot POP (Point of Presence) infrastructure.
Willingness to provide on-call support and ensure high network availability.
Improve overall service delivery efficiency and reduce support response and resolution time.
Enable proactive and planned support to minimize service disruptions, reduce customer churn, and increase revenue through improved customer retention.
Streamline customer onboarding through standardized processes and accurate network information.
Establish and maintain comprehensive network documentation (Network Book), including IP addressing, VLAN details, router and switch information, interface mapping, topology, and logical configurations.
Enhance network planning, scalability, operational efficiency, and knowledge sharing across technical teams.
