Required Technical Expertise Must Have

• Oracle E-Business Suite R12.2.x Administration

• Oracle Database 19c / 26ai Administration

• Oracle RAC and Data Guard/Active Data Guard

• RMAN, SQL and PL/SQL

• Oracle Linux / Red Hat Linux Administration

• Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Administration

• Oracle APEX & ORDS Administration

• Oracle ADF & WebLogic Administration

• Shell Scripting and System Automation

• Enterprise System’s Monitoring, Troubleshooting, and Performance Tuning

• High Availability, Backup, Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity

• Professional certifications in Oracle, OCI, Linux, Cloud, ITIL, or related technologies will be an advantage

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise IT infrastructure, Oracle technologies, database administration, or enterprise application operations.

1. Manage and support Oracle EBS R12.2.x and Oracle Database 19c/26ai environments.

2. Manage EBS application and database tiers, including installation, configuration, patching, cloning, upgrades, and troubleshooting.

3. Perform EBS version upgrades, technology stack upgrades, and security patching.

4. Manage Data Guard/Active Data Guard, RMAN, and HA/DR environments.

5. Perform SQL and database performance analysis and optimization.

6. Administer Oracle APEX/ORDS, ADF, and WebLogic environments.

7. Monitor ADF/WebLogic performance and application availability.

8. Troubleshoot complex EBS application, database, middleware, and integration issues.

9. Manage Oracle Linux/RHEL/Windows servers, system performance, security, patching, and troubleshooting.

10. Experience with data lake/lake house architecture, real-time and batch data ingestion, data integration, transformation, and analytics platforms.

11. Understanding of AI/ML, Generative AI, Vector Search, AI agents, and experience integrating AI capabilities with enterprise applications and databases.

12. Administer and support Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) environments.

13. Manage Compute, VCN, Load Balancer, Storage, IAM, WAF, Network Firewall, and cloud security.

14. Support cloud migration, HA, DR, capacity, and performance management.

15. Automate operational tasks using Shell, Python, Ansible, Git, and CI/CD.

16. Develop automated health checks, deployment, monitoring, backup, and maintenance processes.

17. Design and maintain High Availability and Disaster Recovery solutions.

18. Conduct DR drills, failover/failback testing, and ensure defined RPO/RTO.

19. Ensure proactive monitoring of EBS, Database, Linux, OCI, APEX, ADF, and middleware.

20. Lead critical incident resolution, performance optimization, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).

21. Manage technical projects, SLA, documentation, and operational standards.
