Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering. 1-3 years of progressive experience in a production role within a large-scale textile manufacturing environment. Strong understanding of textile production processes, machinery, and quality control standards. Demonstrated ability to analyze production data and generate actionable insights. Excellent communication and coordination skills for inter-departmental collaboration. Commitment to upholding safety regulations and operational excellence.

Responsibilities & Context: Oversee and manage daily production activities to achieve efficiency and meet output targets. Monitor machine performance and ensure optimal utilization of all production resources. Implement, enforce, and continuously improve quality control measures on the production floor. Coordinate effectively with the Maintenance Department for proactive machine upkeep and timely repairs. Ensure strict compliance with all safety protocols, company policies, and production standards. Prepare and analyze accurate daily production reports, identifying areas for performance improvement.
