Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering from a recognized institution. 3-5 years of progressive experience in a similar production oversight role within a large-scale textile manufacturing setup. Proven ability to manage daily production operations, monitor quality, and resolve operational challenges effectively. Strong understanding and practical experience with safety protocols and compliance standards in a manufacturing environment. Excellent communication and coordination skills to liaise with various levels of staff and prepare detailed reports. Proficiency in data analysis and report generation for production performance evaluation.

Responsibilities & Context: Oversee and manage daily production operations at Jinnat Textile Mills Ltd. to ensure efficiency and adherence to established schedules and targets. Monitor and inspect product quality at various stages of the textile manufacturing process, ensuring compliance with DBL Group`s quality standards. Coordinate effectively with production supervisors and workers to identify and resolve operational issues, bottlenecks, and deviations promptly. Implement, enforce, and regularly review safety protocols and compliance standards across the production floor to maintain a secure working environment. Prepare accurate daily production reports, analyze key performance indicators, and contribute to comprehensive performance analysis for continuous improvement. Ensure the optimal utilization of all production resources, including machinery, raw materials, and manpower, to maximize output and minimize waste.
