Responsibilities & Context:
1. Understanding various technologies and network infrastructure.
2. Having knowledge regarding networking field with hands on experience in Routing and Switching.
3. Strong understanding and technical expertise in IP networking technologies and protocols, including OSPF, IS-IS, BGP, MPLS, VLAN, and QoS.
4. Having good hands on experience Mikrotik Routers, Cisco & Huawei Switches.
5. Proficient in network troubleshooting, MPLS, VPN and related services.
6. Ensuring technical support for clients and maintaining regular contact with them to meet personal support needs.
7. Knowledge about ISP infrastructure, Router, Switch etc.
8. Preferred certifications: CCNA, CCNP.
