Education:

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering

• Strong knowledge of IT Infrastructure, Networking, Servers, Windows/Linux and Cloud Technologies.

• Practical knowledge of ERP / Business Applications and system integration.

• Strong understanding of Cybersecurity, Firewall, VPN, Endpoint Security, Access Control and Data Protection.

• Good knowledge of Database Management, Backup & Disaster Recovery.

• Experience in IT project management, system implementation and digital transformation.

• Strong vendor management and technology procurement skills.Excellent troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation and team management skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Strong business orientation with the ability to translate business requirements into technology solutions.

• Lead and manage the overall IT operations, infrastructure, systems and technology strategy of the organization.

• Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives and long-term growth plans.

• Manage IT infrastructure including servers, networks, storage, cloud services, virtualization, internet connectivity and data center operations.

• Ensure high availability, reliability, security and performance of all critical IT systems and services.

• Manage ERP, business applications, software platforms and integration between different business systems.

• Oversee IT security, cybersecurity, access control, endpoint security, backup, disaster recovery and business continuity.

• Establish and maintain appropriate IT policies, procedures, standards and security controls.

• Monitor and improve network and system performance, uptime and operational efficiency.

• Lead IT projects including ERP implementation/upgradation, system automation, digital transformation and technology modernization.

• Evaluate new technologies and recommend appropriate solutions to improve business productivity and operational efficiency.

• Manage IT vendors, service providers, software licenses, hardware procurement, AMC and technology contracts.

• Prepare and manage the IT budget, ensuring optimum utilization of resources and cost effectiveness.

• Lead, mentor and develop the IT team and ensure effective allocation of responsibilities and resources.

• Ensure timely resolution of IT incidents, user support issues and critical system problems.

• Establish proper backup and recovery mechanisms and periodically test disaster recovery procedures.

• Ensure compliance with organizational IT policies, information security standards and applicable regulatory requirements.

• Maintain proper documentation of IT infrastructure, systems, licenses, assets, configurations and processes.

• Coordinate with senior management and different departments to understand business requirements and provide appropriate technology solutions.

• Prepare regular reports on IT performance, projects, risks, security, infrastructure and technology initiatives for management.

• Perform any other IT-related responsibilities assigned by the management.
