Responsibilities & Context:

• Follow up shipment plans and ensure achievement of daily finishing and packing targets.

• Adjust finishing lines as required and analyze individual worker performance to improve efficiency.

• Implement and strictly maintain buyer standards in ironing, folding, trimming, tagging, packing, and all finishing operations.

• Monitor finishing processes to ensure timely shipment readiness and perform all related finishing duties.

• Coordinate with internal teams and buyer representatives to ensure on-time inspections.

• Verify and adjust finishing line layouts according to individual styles and order requirements.

• Ensure daily style-wise production targets are achieved.

• Ensure all shipment deadlines are met without compromising quality.

• Maintain accurate daily records of finishing and packing output.

• Oversee finishing operations and manage internal and external inspections, including buying office audits.

• Coordinate closely with Quality Control and Finishing sections to identify and resolve any faults detected during processing.

• Ensure compliance with buyer requirements, factory policies, and compliance standards.

• Train, supervise, and motivate finishing supervisors and workers to maintain productivity and quality
