• MBA/Master’s degree will be considered an added advantage.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Good communication skills in English.

• Sound knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Analytical mindset with report writing skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Lead GPQ operations related to C&A buyer requirements.

• Ensure full compliance with buyer standards, technical manuals, and quality protocols.

• Monitor and ensure compliance with company quality standards, policies, and procedures.

• Conduct internal audits and compliance assessments regularly.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.

• Prepare audit reports, analysis, and management presentations.

• Follow up on CAP (Corrective Action Plan) implementation.

• Maintain required certifications, documentation, and records.

• Ensure buyer/customer compliance requirements are met.

• Train relevant teams on quality, compliance, and audit matters.

• Support management in continuous improvement initiatives.

• Perform any other tasks assigned by management.
