Responsibilities & Context:
The factory is working with renowned international brands in Woven and Denim products, including H&M, C&A, JCPenney, Kohl’s, Target, Sportsmaster, O’stin, Springfield, and other reputed global brands.
Lead end-to-end production planning and execution for Oven & Denim divisions, ensuring optimal utilization of machinery, manpower, and materials
Develop and implement short-term and long-term capacity plans based on buyer forecasts and order pipelines
Prepare and execute capacity planning, line loading, layout, and manpower allocation based on style complexity and SMV
Ensure synchronized planning and execution from development to shipment
Analyze and optimize SMV, SAH, CPM, efficiency trends, and learning curves
Coordinate with production, cutting, sewing, washing, finishing, IE, QA, and warehouse teams to eliminate bottlenecks
Monitor and improve plant efficiency, machine utilization, and WIP control
Ensure line balancing, layout finalization, and consumption planning aligned with delivery priorities
Drive cost reduction initiatives by minimizing fabric waste, rework, and process loss
Lead, mentor, and develop a strong planning team
