Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Textile Engineering / Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) or equivalent degree from any reputed university.

Post-graduation or specialized training in apparel merchandising will be an added advantage.

Experience Requirements

For Merchandiser: 3 to 5 years of proven working experience in a garment manufacturing industry or buying house handling Woven items, with hands-on experience working with UK buyers.

For Sr. Merchandiser: 6 to 8+ years of robust experience in handling Woven garments with independent buyer management capability, specifically dealing with UK-based apparel brands/retailers.

 Additional Requirements

Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (both written and verbal).

Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word) and ERP software (if applicable).Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet strict deadlines.

Proactive, self-motivated, and possess strong leadership qualities.
