Experience:

• At least 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile, Garments Accessories, Washing Factory

• Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering / Industrial & Production Engineering (IPE) or relevant discipline.

• At least 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile, Garments Accessories, Washing Factory

• Age At least 26 years

• Strong knowledge of garment IE and costing.

• Good understanding of SMV, operation breakdown and production parameters.Strong analytical and numerical skills.

• Knowledge of GSD / GST / PMTS will be an advantage.

• Lean Six Sigma certification will be an advantage.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical capability.

1. Prepare and analyze garment costing based on SMV, operation breakdown, manpower, machine requirements, efficiency and production parameters.

2. Conduct time study, motion study and operation breakdown to establish accurate SMV and support reliable garment costing.

3. Prepare pre-costing and costing sheets based on style, product type, construction and production requirements.

4. Analyze manpower, machine requirements, line capacity, production efficiency and operation allocation to assess production feasibility.

5. Analyze actual vs. estimated SMV, efficiency, labor cost and other IE-related cost elements.

6. Identify cost variances and improvement opportunities.

7. Coordinate with Merchandising, Production, Planning and IE teams for costing inputs.

8. Prepare costing, SMV, capacity and productivity-related reports.
