Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science, or a related field.

Additional Requirements:
- Age At least 25 years
3–5 years of hands-on experience in ERP Management / ERP Operations / MIS, preferably in the RMG/Garments Manufacturing industry.
Previous practical experience in ERP management is mandatory.
Strong MS Excel, data analysis and MIS reporting skills.
Chattogram-based candidates will be preferred.
Responsibilities & Context:
Monitor ERP dashboards and key operational reports on a regular basis, analyze deviations and trends, and report critical findings, issues and performance updates to management with appropriate recommendations.
Act as the key point of contact for ERP-related issues and user support.
Visit process areas/factory floors to observe actual operations, identify ERP/process gaps and coordinate to resolve issues on-site.
Troubleshoot ERP issues and coordinate with relevant departments, IT teams and ERP vendors for timely resolution.
Coordinate with Production, IE, Planning, Merchandising, Quality, Commercial, Accounts, HR and other departments for smooth ERP operations.
Monitor data accuracy, system discipline and timely transaction completion via dashboard.
Support ERP module implementation, system enhancement, process modification and user testing.
Prepare and analyze MIS reports to support operational and management decision-making.
Follow up on reported issues until final resolution and closure.
