• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial Engineering

• Age 30 to 45 years

• Manage production planning staff and scheduling of raw material to meet production schedules.

• Analyze and evaluation of production plans and present operational performances and trends.

• Analyze and evaluation of customer demands and present marketing performances and product trends.

• Continuous follow up on production performances and drive towards scheduled shipments.

• Conduct quarter and annual business reviews.

• Ensure the accurate & optimal capacity planning, while ensuring cost reduction & increased profitability.

• Finalize capacity charts, create the loading, receiving & finishing plans & to manage deviations within the planning process.

• Plan and monitor outsourcing aspects (orders, special operations, etc).

• Close relationship with operational teams to ensure on time delivery of products & optimal utilization of equipment & manpower.

• Strengthen the production team by recruiting right people and giving them right training, fabric inspection, testing pattern making, designing, cutting numbering, fusing, work study, time study, sewing, sample making, pleating, washing, finishing and ironing, packing and dispatching.

• Ensure Factory plant development.
