Responsibilities & Context:
Lead, mentor, and manage the PD team to ensure high performance, accountability, and continuous skill development.
Oversee creation of designs, samples, and prototypes to ensure adherence to quality, cost, and timelines.
Ensure smooth handover of finalized products to production teams with complete specifications, tech packs, and samples.
Collaborate with sourcing and merchandising teams to select fabrics, trims, and accessories that meet design, quality, and cost requirements.
Monitor costing, production timelines, and resource utilization to optimize efficiency and profitability.
Ensure all product development milestones are met according to agreed timelines.
