About the Role
Looking for a Software Engineer (5+ years) with demonstrated experience delivering software for global / overseas organizations. In this on-site role, you will take ownership of architecture, database design, and delivery, combining solid engineering principles with Cursor IDE or other AI to build and ship high-performance web applications at speed.
Key Responsibilities
Architecture & AI-Driven Delivery: Architect, build, and maintain scalable web applications, websites and high-performance backend systems, utilizing Cursor IDE and advanced prompt engineering for rapid code generation, refactoring, and debugging rather than relying solely on manual coding.
Database & Quality Standards: Model and optimize relational and non-relational database schemas for high performance and integrity, while leading rigorous code reviews and enforcing robust engineering standards.
Agile Planning & Execution: Partner with PMs, designers, and engineers to translate business requirements into technical execution plans, managing sprint deliverables via Jira/Trello while strategically balancing new features with technical debt.
