Experience:

• 1 to 4 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): ISP

• Bachelor of Science (BSc)
• Diploma in Computer

• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) added advantage. 

• MikroTik Certified Network Associate (MTCNA) added advantage. 

• 1 to 4 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): ISP

• Age 22 to 35 years
• Only Male

• Experience in IT department of a reputed organization will be preferred.

• OLT and ONU Configuration

• Switches/Routers (MikroTik, Cisco, Solarwind & Bdcom)

• Familiar with Network Monitoring Tools (Dude, LibreNMS, Cacti, PRTG etc.)

• Available to provide remote technical support after office hours whenever required.

• Configure and manage Routers, Switches, MikroTik, and OLT devices.

• Perform MikroTik configurations including VLAN, BGP, filter rules, IP addressing, PPPoE, NAT, and Queue Management.

• Configure and maintain OLT devices for EPON and GPON networks.

• Monitor network performance and availability using tools such as The Dude, LibreNMS, MRTG, and other NMS platforms.

• Provide technical support to Home and Corporate clients and ensure time to time issue resolution.

• Respond to support calls, trouble tickets and network incidents efficiently.

• Troubleshoot network outages, connectivity issues, and performance-related problems.

• Coordinate with field technicians for new link deployments, maintenance activities, and fault resolution.

• Collaborate closely with NOC, Core Network, and Technical Teams to maintain network stability and service quality.

• Demonstrate proactive problem-solving abilities and perform effectively under pressure while meeting service-level targets.
