Responsibilities & Context:
We are looking for a highly proactive and entrepreneurial professional who can take ownership of our student recruitment business and drive it independently. This role goes beyond counseling — it requires someone who can build, execute, and scale student acquisition strategies while structuring and optimizing overall business processes.
Take full ownership of student acquisition and revenue growth
Develop and execute innovative strategies to attract students for studying abroad
Actively generate leads through market visits, partnerships, networking, and personal connections
Build strong relationships with schools, colleges, coaching centers, and key stakeholders
Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach
Design and implement structured processes for lead management, follow-ups, and conversions
Drive aggressive sales efforts to meet and exceed monthly targets
Plan and execute promotional campaigns, seminars, and outreach programs
Optimize the student journey from inquiry to enrollment to improve conversion rates
Provide accurate guidance on study destinations, universities, courses, visa processes, and admission requirements
Monitor market trends and competitor activities, and adapt strategies accordingly
Maintain data, reports, and performance tracking for continuous improvement
Take initiative in improving the company’s branding, positioning, and visibility
Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s preferred)
3–6 years of experience in study abroad counseling, education consultancy, or sales-driven roles
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding targets
Strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities
Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
Self-driven, resourceful, and highly proactive mindset
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Strong network within the education sector is a significant advantage
Willingness to travel frequently for market visits and business development activities
