Responsibilities & Context:

We are looking for a highly proactive and entrepreneurial professional who can take ownership of our student recruitment business and drive it independently. This role goes beyond counseling — it requires someone who can build, execute, and scale student acquisition strategies while structuring and optimizing overall business processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take full ownership of student acquisition and revenue growth

  • Develop and execute innovative strategies to attract students for studying abroad

  • Actively generate leads through market visits, partnerships, networking, and personal connections

  • Build strong relationships with schools, colleges, coaching centers, and key stakeholders

  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach

  • Design and implement structured processes for lead management, follow-ups, and conversions

  • Drive aggressive sales efforts to meet and exceed monthly targets

  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns, seminars, and outreach programs

  • Optimize the student journey from inquiry to enrollment to improve conversion rates

  • Provide accurate guidance on study destinations, universities, courses, visa processes, and admission requirements

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities, and adapt strategies accordingly

  • Maintain data, reports, and performance tracking for continuous improvement

  • Take initiative in improving the company’s branding, positioning, and visibility

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s preferred)

  • 3–6 years of experience in study abroad counseling, education consultancy, or sales-driven roles

  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding targets

  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills

  • Self-driven, resourceful, and highly proactive mindset

  • Ability to work independently and take initiative

  • Strong network within the education sector is a significant advantage

  • Willingness to travel frequently for market visits and business development activities
