Career Objective

Dedicated Quality Assurance Executive seeking to advance my career within a reputed international buying house. Aiming to apply 3-6 of hands-on quality control experience in Sweater, Knit, and Woven garments to uphold brand-specific quality standards, minimize factory defect rates, and manage vendor compliance and corrective action plans (CAP).

Duties & Responsibilities

• Executed comprehensive inline, midline, and final AQL inspections across Sweater, Knit, and Woven product lines in accordance with buyer specifications and tech packs.

• Conducted thorough checks on garment measurements, structural construction, fabric quality, trims, accessories, and overall workmanship.

• Verified production output against approved counter samples, color standards, and technical documentation to ensure exact compliance.

• Identified critical, major, and minor quality defects, systematically communicating non-conformances to factory management and internal stakeholders.

• Performed regular factory site visits to audit production lines, monitor daily defect rates, and evaluate factory performance.

• Formulated, implemented, and monitored Corrective Action Plans (CAP) and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) with factory teams to resolve quality issues permanently.

• Drafted detailed quality inspection reports, maintain accurate quality records, and log defect trends for continuous quality improvement.

• Coordinated directly with Merchandising, Technical, and Production teams to address quality challenges and align sample approvals with bulk execution.
