Preferred Certifications: CCNA, MCSA, Microsoft Certified Professional, VMware, or Cybersecurity Certifications.

Job Context & Profile Overview

Dynamic, results-driven IT Manager with extensive experience overseeing IT infrastructure, network security, enterprise systems, and technical operations within multinational corporate and buying house environments. Proven expertise in managing LAN/WAN, firewalls, servers, Microsoft 365, data backups, and endpoint cybersecurity. Skilled in optimizing system performance, conducting disaster recovery planning, managing IT assets, and leading end-user support to ensure maximum uptime and operational efficiency.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Managed and maintained enterprise network infrastructure including LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPNs, firewalls, switches, and routers to ensure optimal performance and security.

• Provisioned, configured, and maintained desktop PCs, laptops, printers, scanners, AV meeting systems, and other peripheral hardware.

• Provided comprehensive technical support for hardware, software, network, email, and operating system issues.

• Administered Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365 environments, Active Directory, user access permissions, and account governance.

• Implemented regular data backup protocols, system recovery procedures, and endpoint security measures including antivirus and firewalls.

• Maintained complete IT asset inventories and led vendor negotiations for hardware, software, and internet service providers (ISPs).

• Authored IT standard operating procedures (SOPs), policy documentation, and conducted employee cybersecurity awareness training.
