Responsibilities & Context:

1. Lead and oversee the full compliance operations of the consultancy, ensuring all student applications meet international university and visa requirements.

2. Expertly guide and quality-check Statement of Purpose (SOP) writing to ensure clarity, authenticity, and strong admission impact.

3. Train and supervise the team in crafting university interview answers, ensuring students present confident, structured, and persuasive responses.

4. Develop and maintain SOP, application, and documentation standards aligned with top global university expectations.

5. Manage and mentor the compliance team, ensuring high performance, accuracy, and timely delivery of all application processes.

6. Review and approve student profiles, ensuring maximum compliance with university, embassy, and regulatory guidelines.

7. Coordinate with counseling and admission teams to ensure smooth end-to-end application processing.

8. Handle escalated or complex cases requiring expert judgment in admissions compliance and documentation strategy.

9. Continuously update internal SOPs based on changing university policies, visa regulations, and country-specific requirements.

10. Ensure risk-free, ethical, and high-quality submission practices across all student applications.

11. Provide strategic input to improve conversion rates from application to admission and visa approval.

12. Maintain accountability for team performance, deadlines, and compliance accuracy metrics.
