Responsibilities & Context:

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students and parents on suitable UK universities, courses, and career pathways based on academic background and goals.

• Guide students through the complete application process — personal statements, references, UCAS, and university-specific applications.

• Advise on UK Student visa (Student Route) requirements, documentation, and compliance with UKVI regulations.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and UK university representatives.

• Achieve monthly/quarterly enrolment and revenue targets through effective counselling and follow-ups.

• Conduct student seminars, webinars, and information sessions on UK study opportunities.

• Stay updated on UK university rankings, tuition fees, scholarships, and intake deadlines.

• Maintain accurate records of student interactions and application status in the CRM system.

• Verify academic documents and ensure compliance with institutional and visa requirements.

• Manage a portfolio of student cases, ensuring timely follow-up and application progress.
