Key Responsibilities ✓
Student Case Management
● Manage complete student cases from intake to university enrollment.
● Maintain detailed case files and documentation for visa and admission processes.
● Track application progress and ensure timely submission of all required documents.
● Follow up with students regarding missing documents and deadlines.
✓ Client Communication & Support
● Conduct initial consultations and assess student needs and academic goals.
● Provide regular updates to students and parents throughout the application process.
● Address student queries and concerns professionally and promptly.
● Maintain strong relationships with students and their families.
✓ University & Documentation Coordination
● Liaison between students, universities, and visa authorities
● Prepare and organize Pre-CAS and Post-CAS documentation ● Arrange mock interviews and coaching sessions for students ● Track Pre-CAS deadlines and ensure timely document submissions
✓ Administrative & Record Management
● Maintain organized filing systems (both digital and physical).
● Update student database with progress and status information. ● Prepare reports on case completion rates and student outcomes.
● Generate documentation for student files and university correspondence.
✓ Quality Assurance
● Ensure all processes follow company policies and international standards.
● Identify and resolve case-related issues proactively.
● Provide feedback to improve service delivery.
● Maintain confidentiality and data security Required Qualifications.
● Education: Bachelor's degree (any discipline)
● Experience: 1-2 years in student counseling, case management, or customer service.
● Communication: Excellent written and verbal English skills ● Technical: Proficiency in MS Office, email management, and database systems
● Skills:

● Experience in educational consultancy or international student placement.
