Responsibilities & Context:
· Profile Evaluation: Reviewing academic backgrounds, English proficiency scores (IELTS/PTE), and financial capabilities to determine eligibility for specific countries and courses.
· Strategic Planning: Recommending suitable universities and programs based on the student's career goals and budget.
· Application Processing: Submitting accurate applications through university portals and ensuring all documents (transcripts, certificates, SOPs) meet institutional standards.
· SOP & LOR Guidance: Assisting students in drafting compelling Statements of Purpose (SOP) and obtaining strong Letters of Recommendation (LOR).
· Offer Tracking: Managing timelines for Conditional and Unconditional offer letters and coordinating with university representatives to resolve application queries.
· Document Checklist Management: Preparing a comprehensive list of required documents, including financial evidence (bank statements, affidavits, and proof of income).
· GTE/GS Assessment: For countries like Australia, performing a rigorous Genuine Temporary Entrant (GTE) or Genuine Student (GS) check to ensure the student is a bona fide applicant.
· File Submission: Handling the online submission of visa applications and scheduling biometric appointments.
· Interview Preparation: Conducting "mock interviews" to prepare students for potential questioning by embassy or high commission officers.
