Responsibilities & Context:
এই পদে কর্মরত ব্যক্তি DreamLand Agro Product কোম্পানির নতুন কৃষি পণ্য উন্নয়ন, বাজার বিশ্লেষণ এবং পণ্যের কার্যকারিতা মূল্যায়নের কাজ করবে।
নতুন Agro product গবেষণা ও উন্নয়ন করা
বাজারে কোন পণ্যের চাহিদা বেশি তা বিশ্লেষণ করা
প্রতিযোগী কোম্পানির পণ্য পর্যবেক্ষণ করা
নতুন pesticide/fertilizer এর field trial পরিচালনা করা
পণ্যের quality ও কার্যকারিতা মূল্যায়ন করা
Marketing team এর সাথে সমন্বয় করে product strategy তৈরি
Product presentation ও training materials তৈরি
