We are seeking a talented and analytical professional to join our team as a Data & Modeling Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain statistical, econometric, and predictive models to support research and policy analysis.

• Collect, clean, validate, and manage large datasets from multiple sources.

• Conduct quantitative analysis and data modeling to generate evidence-based insights.

• Develop forecasting models, simulations, and scenario analyses for economic and social research projects.

• Support research teams in data interpretation, visualization, and analytical reporting.

• Prepare technical reports, data summaries, dashboards, and presentations.

• Ensure data quality, accuracy, consistency, and integrity across research projects.

• Apply advanced statistical techniques and analytical methodologies to address complex research questions.

• Collaborate with economists, researchers, and policy analysts to develop analytical frameworks and research outputs.

• Monitor emerging trends in data science, analytics, and modeling methodologies and recommend innovative approaches.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Economics, Statistics, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, Econometrics, Computer Science, or a related field from a recognized university.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in data analysis, statistical modeling, econometrics, research analytics, or related fields.

Additional Requirements

• Strong expertise in quantitative analysis, statistical modeling, and data management.

• Proficiency in analytical software and programming languages such as R, Python, STATA, SPSS, EViews, SQL, or similar tools.

• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.

• Strong understanding of econometric techniques, forecasting methods, and predictive analytics.

• Ability to transform complex datasets into meaningful insights and recommendations.

• Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail.

• Strong report writing and presentation skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary research teams.

• Commitment to data confidentiality, professional ethics, and research integrity.
