We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Research & Development (R&D) Executive/Officer to support product innovation, process optimization, and quality improvement initiatives. The incumbent will work closely with Production, Quality Assurance, and Supply Chain teams to develop new products, improve existing formulations, validate manufacturing processes, and ensure compliance with quality management systems and regulatory standards.

1. Develop, improve, and customize products, production processes, and manufacturing techniques to meet customer and market requirements.

2. Provide technical support to production by troubleshooting process-related issues and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.

3. Conduct process validation and optimization to ensure consistent product quality and manufacturing efficiency.

4. Evaluate and approve new raw materials and packaging materials through laboratory testing, trials, and performance assessments.

5. Develop, revise, and maintain quality plans for new and existing products in accordance with customer expectations and market requirements.

6. Scale up new products from laboratory development to commercial production while ensuring product consistency and process reliability.

7. Coordinate production trials and monitor pilot batches to achieve successful commercialization of new products.

8. Prepare, maintain, and preserve all R&D documentation, technical records, formulations, specifications, and reports in compliance with ISO 9001 requirements and company procedures.

9. Calibrate, standardize, and maintain laboratory measuring instruments and equipment while ensuring proper documentation and calibration records.

10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Production, Quality Assurance, Procurement, and Marketing during new product development projects.

11. Ensure compliance with GMP, safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies throughout the product development process.

12. Analyze product performance, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend cost-effective solutions for continuous product enhancement.
