Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in the overseas education industry.

  • Experience in student counselling, admissions, offer processing, visa documentation, and student recruitment.

  • Strong knowledge of at least 2–3 study destinations will be given priority.

  • Good knowledge of MS Office, email communication, and online application portals.

  • Ability to work independently while achieving individual and team targets.

  • Professional attitude with strong organizational and documentation skills.

Salary & Benefits

  • Salary: BDT 25,000 – 35,000 per month (Based on experience, destination expertise, and overall competency)

Working Hours

  • Office Hours: 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM

  • Working Days: Saturday to Thursday

  • Weekly Holiday: Friday

Employment Policies

  • Probation Period: 3 months.

  • Upon successful confirmation:

    • 10 days Casual Leave

    • 10 days Sick Leave

    • 5 days Annual Leave after completing 365 days of employment

  • More than one consecutive sick leave requires a valid doctor's prescription or medical certificate.

  • More than two casual leave days in a month require prior written approval from management.

  • Every 5 instances of late attendance in a calendar month will result in the deduction of 1 day's salary.

  • Salaries are paid on or before the 7th day of the following month.

  • Public holidays will be observed in accordance with the Government of Bangladesh guidelines and industry standards.

Additional Preference

The following candidates will receive priority during the selection process:

  • Candidates from an English-medium academic background.

  • Candidates holding a foreign degree or an internationally recognized qualification.

  • Candidates with knowledge of multiple study destinations.

  • Candidates who are comfortable appearing in front of the camera for social media content creation and educational promotional videos.

  • Exceptional candidates may be considered for a higher salary package based on their qualifications, experience, and overall profile.
