Context:
We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Visa Counsellor to join our travel and visa processing team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in handling visa applications for multiple countries, providing accurate guidance to clients, and ensuring successful visa processing.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide professional visa counseling and consultation to clients for tourist, business, student, work, and other visa categories.

• Assess clients' eligibility and recommend suitable visa options based on their travel purpose.

• Prepare, review, and verify visa application forms and supporting documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.

• Handle visa processing for countries such as the USA, UK, Canada, Schengen, Australia, Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore, Saudi Arabia, UAE, and others.

• Keep up-to-date with changing immigration rules, embassy requirements, and visa policies.

• Coordinate with embassies, visa application centers, and clients throughout the application process.

• Guide clients regarding appointment scheduling, biometric submission, interview preparation, and document requirements.

• Maintain accurate client records and follow up on pending applications.

• Resolve client queries professionally and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Work closely with the sales and operations teams to achieve company targets.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–5 years of practical experience as a Visa Counsellor in a travel agency or visa consultancy firm.

• Proven experience in handling visa applications independently from document collection to submission.

• Strong knowledge of visa documentation, embassy procedures, and immigration regulations.

• Excellent communication, counseling, and customer service skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and online visa portals.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple applications simultaneously.

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).

Additional Requirement:
Only candidates with relevant hands-on visa counselling experience will be considered. Freshers are strongly discouraged from applying.
