We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Visa & Travel Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have practical experience in visa processing, client handling, travel consultancy, and marketing. The candidate will assist clients throughout the visa application process and provide professional travel-related services.

Job Responsibilities:

Process Student, Employment, Tourist, Hajj, and Umrah visa applications.

Guide clients regarding visa requirements, documentation, and application procedures.

Maintain regular communication with embassies, airlines, and travel partners.

Handle client inquiries through phone, email, WhatsApp, and office visits.

Follow up with prospective and existing clients.

Maintain accurate client records and ensure timely processing.

Achieve monthly sales and service target.

Educational Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Candidates with relevant experience may receive preference even if educational qualifications vary.

Experience Requirements:

Minimum 2-5 years of experience in Visa Processing and Travel Consultancy.

Experience in Student Visa, Employment Visa, Tourist Visa, Hajj & Umrah visa processing is mandatory.

Additional Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong knowledge of visa documentation and embassy procedures.

• Experience using MS Word, Excel, and Email.

• Strong customer service and sales skills.

• Honest, responsible, and professional attitude.
