Responsibilities & Context:
Key Responsibilities
Counsel students regarding higher education opportunities in Australia, Canada, the UK, USA, Malaysia, New Zealand, and Europe.
Assess students' academic backgrounds and recommend suitable universities and courses.
Guide students through the admission and application process.
Follow up with prospective students and maintain strong client relationships.
Coordinate with partner universities and the internal admissions team.
Achieve monthly counseling and enrollment targets.
Maintain accurate student records and CRM updates.
