𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲

We are seeking a knowledgeable and target-driven Europe Destination Counselor to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary guide for students looking to study in key European destinations such as Germany, France, Ireland, and the Netherlands. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in European university admissions, visa procedures, and a genuine passion for helping clients achieve their international education goals.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

Student Consultation: Counsel prospective students on the best universities and courses suited to their academic profiles, career goals, and budgets.

𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁:

Guide clients end-to-end through application processes, standard operating procedures (SOPs), documentation, and specific European visa requirements (Schengen visas).

𝗧𝗮𝗿𝗴𝗲𝘁 𝗔𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁:

Meet and exceed enrollment targets while maintaining a high standard of student satisfaction.

𝗣𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗻𝗲𝗿 𝗥𝗲𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:

Stay up-to-date with changing immigration regulations and university admission criteria, maintaining strong relationships with our European institutional partners.

𝗣𝗶𝗽𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁:

Maintain accurate records of student interactions, follow-ups, and application statuses using our internal CRM software.

The Ideal Candidate

Bachelor’s or Master's degree in a relevant field.

Proven experience (1-1.5+ years) specifically handling European destinations in the overseas education Consultancy.

Exceptional communication, counseling, and interpersonal skills.

Thorough understanding of European visa frameworks and compliance requirements.

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple student profiles simultaneously.
