Responsibilities & Context:

Role Overview: The Senior Student Counsellor will guide prospective students through the study abroad journey by providing expert counselling, assisting with university and program selection, managing applications, and ensuring a seamless admission process. The role also involves achieving enrollment targets, maintaining strong client relationships, and representing FineAnswer Study Abroad with professionalism and integrity.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional counseling to students and parents, guiding them through university selection, admissions, scholarships, and visa processes.

• Manage the complete student application journey, including SOP writing, document preparation, visa file processing, and regular follow-ups.

• Communicate professionally with direct partner universities via email to handle admissions, documentation, and application updates.

• Convert leads into successful enrollments while achieving intake, application, and visa submission targets.

• Demonstrate a self-driven, results-oriented attitude by working collaboratively with the team, taking ownership of responsibilities, and delivering excellent student service.
